1941 Gretel worked in bookstore

Fred inducted to army as Russian language interpreter, fighting the Russians - 1945 letters

May 1945 Fred taken as prisoner of war in Attichy France, released Sept 1945.  1945 fled from Russian army to Gluecksburg

1945 Glucksburg, Fred taught woodworking, made toys
 

1947
1955 immigrated to US, first stop in Paradox New York, then to Devola, Ohio

1970 moved to Glen Ford, Philadelphia
1978 to Basking Ridge, New Jersey
